I don't like to write reviews because it usually takes too long and I've got other things to do, but I'll make an exception this time. My girlfriend and I just moved into our beautiful new home that we're renting through BPM. The staff at Benson were super patient and helpful in getting us started on the process and our new place is absolutely gorgeous and in an amazing location. While the drive to their Gresham office is a major pain, the ease of the process made it worth it as they made sure we had every single bit of information we needed to make the move. The woman at the front counter, whose name I can't remember to save my life, was really cheerful and bubbly. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend BPM.

I’m very greatful for all the help I received with finding a home to rent. Utopia and especially Dianna who helped me out the most. Whenever I had any question about the available homes I could reach out by email and text and received a response pretty consistently. Utopia does great work. Lindsey Sawyer is my go-to person and always there when I need her. It's more like a sister you can trust than a business associate. I have about 6 properties they manage and I've been in the rental business since 1999. We have seen and fixed many issues through rain, sleet, and up-hill in-the-snow situations. She once personally helped me do some yard work in her hi-heals after a needed eviction. Their website is very helpful even for a low-tech person like me and their dedication for making sure landlords get their funds is top notch.

This is the best and most personable PMC I have ever dealt with. Instead of "deal with" I should rephrase that to "rent from". They are friendly, personable people that you communicate with. Whenever I have had a maintenance problem they were on top of it right away. I have always been treated like a person instead of just another phone call by a bored person who is annoyed because you interrupted her doing her nails. I believe Benson Property Management to be the best, top notch property management company around.

My refrigerator recently blew out during a power surge. I was ready to have to wait out a long process of getting a replacement, but Abby from Utopia was on it right away. My fridge was replaced the next day while I was at work and the workers were so conscientious. They put all of the contents inside and outside my fridge into the new one exactly where I had it! They also left no trace in the apt. Their service really stood out. I was very impressed.

Utopia has done a good job managing my properties. Jason helped resolve one particularly tricky situation involving damage to one of my units. It was a very complicated ordeal for many reasons. I’ve been in the same apartment for 3 years, Utopia took over this year and the rent went up. So I went looking for other units for rent and the Agent Landon, was amazing. He helped us look at a few locations and all the information we needed. We had an unusual experience with rent payments being marked as reversed when they were not reversed. Jason in Gresham and Aaron in San Diego worked diligently at getting the issue resolved and the rent payments returned. It was nice to deal with people who put in the time to resolve a complex issue. I was not always at my best when talking with them and they were still courteous and respectful.
